Fraser D. Bocell, MEd, PhD is a Psychometrician and Clinical Outcome Assessment Reviewer with the Patient Science and Engagement Program in Center for Devices and Radiological Health at the US FDA. At CDRH he provides expertise and training, leads patient-centered research, and helps develop policy on the evaluation and use of COAs in regulatory decision-making.
