Keith Ly is a postdoctoral fellow at Hansen Experimental Physics Laboratory at Stanford University currently working on advancing neuromodulation technologies to restore vision through mathematical/computational modelling and recording visually-evoked potentials. My research focuses on understanding (1) how retinal electrophysiology could be influenced under degeneration conditions, (2) how individual retinal cell and retinal neuronal network respond to electrical stimulation, and (3) how electrical stimulation parameters could be optimised to maximize the perceptual efficacy of retinal implants.
