Head of Department
Fraunhofer IMS
Rainer Kokozinski received the Diploma degree in electrical engineering and the Dr.-Ing. degree from the Gerhard Mercator University of Duisburg, Germany, in 1990 and 1996, respectively. In 1990, he joined the Fraunhofer Institute for Microelectronic Circuits and Systems (Fraunhofer IMS), working in the area of mixed signal CMOS and BiCMOS IC design. Today, he is a Professor with the University of Duisburg-Essen and the Head of the Research Coordination with Fraunhofer IMS.
