Dr. Güçlütürk is an Assistant Professor in the Artificial Intelligence department at Radboud University, where she uses various computational modeling and psychophysics techniques as well as new technologies such as deep learning and augmented/virtual reality to develop and test neuroprosthetics applications. She is also the scientific manager of the Donders AI for Neurotech Lab, an Innovation Center for Artificial Intelligence Lab. Here she works on developing machine learning methods for brain reading and brain writing technologies.

Previously, she was a postdoctoral researcher in the Visual Neurophysiology lab of Richard van Wezel and Artificial Cognitive Systems lab of Marcel van Gerven. She did her Ph.D. in the Perception and Awareness lab of Rob van Lier at Radboud University, during which she worked on human and machine perception.
