Originally from the island of Mauritius, Mohajeet obtained his B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Biomedical Sciences from Scotland and his Ph.D. from Queen’s University Belfast in Northern Ireland. Mohajeet is currently an instructor in the Palanker lab at Stanford University. His work focuses on restoration of sight after photoreceptor degeneration using photovoltaic arrays to enable prosthetic vision with high visual acuity.
