At Institute for Microsensors, Actuators and Systems (IMSAS), researchers investigate microsystems, sensors, and microfluidic devices for applications ranging from medical analysis to industrial measurement systems. The group lead by director Long focuses on investigating thermal flow sensors on solid and flexible substrates. The group lead by director Vellekoop investigates new approaches for miniaturized measurement systems for fluids.
